When not in use for library programs, the Thomas Bailey Aldrich Meeting Room can accommodate up to 24 people. The room is ADA Accessible and features a 50" LCD display with sound for presentations, game play or movies.

- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: $30

- A closed meeting hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $100
Bookings for private study may be pre-empted by library programming.
